    <목적어와 목적격보어가 있는 문장의 수동태> 목적어를 주어로 하고, 동사를 수동태로 바꾼 뒤 목적격보어는 그대로 둔다. 1) We elected Ted our class leader. → Ted was elected our class leader. 2) His friends called John "Jackie" when he was young. → John was called "Jackie" by his friends when he was young. John은 어렸을 때 그의 친구들에 의해 “Jackie”라고 불렸다.

    ※ 다음 문장을 수동태로 바꿔 쓰시오. - The students’ behavior made the teacher angry. → The teacher was made angry by the students’ behavior. 그 학생들의 행동은 선생님을 화나게 했다. → 선생님은 그 학생들의 행동으로 인해 화가 났다. ▷ 「make+목적어+목적격보어(형용사)」가 수동태가 될 때 목적격보어는 그대로 둔다. 여기서의 make는 사역동사가 아니다.
