Louise: I feel we are all responsible for the fate of the company. Goodness, we have to solve this problem as quickly as possible.
Ted: Let's not panic. Thinking is the best way to solve a problem. Let’s think… hmm….
Dr. Wali: Hmm… practical and creative... items… hmm…. This is like cramming for finals.
Ted: Don’t worry too much. We'll be fine.
Jenny: Ted, how do you usually come up with your ideas?
Ted: Well… to hunt for new ideas, I am trying to keep up with my reading - magazines, newspapers, novels….
They enrich the quality of my ideas.
Jenny: Oh, great! How about you, Dr. Wali? How did you think of all your patent ideas?
Dr. Wali: Um, well… when I was younger, I used to have a torrent of ideas in my head.
Jenny: Ideas just popped into your head?
